Amemor describes the home interior as very classic and light Scandinavian.
– This represents a quiet luxury in style. It’s not kind of sophisticated or prame, but it shows that the home has quality materials. Although the objects do not cry out for luxury, there are many domestic and Danish design furniture, Amemori says.
Especially the dining table set and armchair are emerging from the pictures, says Amemori.
– As a whole, this is not pramic, nor is it personal. Pretty classic Scandinavian. The fun color was Persian -style carpets, but otherwise a very restrained color palette.
The renovation was worth it
The sale announcement of the apartment shows that the apartment has undergone a major renovation from floor to ceiling in 2020. During the renovation, the kitchen position was moved to get one more room in the apartment.

Amemor is impressed with the renovation and the current floor plan of the home. According to him, dwellings in downtown Helsinki usually have quite challenging floor plans in relation to today’s housing and wishes. Many Töölö residents have large halls that are difficult to harness rationally.
– As I look at the floor plan, I think that probably the former kitchen has probably been placed in that former hall. Moving the kitchen has released space for the rest and apparently a new bedroom has been obtained. It makes sense, Amemori describes.
– Of course, the kitchen is not really a “home heart” in that home, but is a side role. However, a workable solution is certainly the case when it comes to maximizing the living space, he continues.
Amemori sees that this destination would be a great home for a variety of families as a home because of a good floor plan and versatility.
– The home is charming, functional and left a lot of spacious, empty space, which of course is always a luxury in the center of Helsinki, the expert concludes.
