Presenter Alma Hätönen talks touchingly about her grief in his Instagram post. Hätönen’s sister died unexpectedly at only 39 years old.
– The grief associated with the loss of a really close person has been completely different from what I imagined. One could not have prepared for this or known what was coming, Hätönen writes.
He says that grief has gone through cycles in his own place. Hätönen says he has already gone through the biggest moments of distress beforehand.
He praises the hospice care his sister received and says that he believes it is one of the reasons for his current condition.
– Missing is huge and eternal, but right now I am looking at everything related to the end and limitation of life with curiosity and gratitude. I understand that it is extremely lucky that nothing was left unsaid or undone in the case of sister Eeva.
Hätönen writes that he does not experience unfairness or hatred.
– I feel my sister constantly close to me, even though she is no longer with us on this earthly frequency.
He says that he has also received numerous condolences via social media.
– I also don’t feel that I will be alone with my grief.
– I also accept that there will certainly be really painful days ahead, but I believe that even then I will feel my sister’s presence and I will accept the sadness as an honored guest. It tells me that I have loved ? However, I believe that sadness will change its shape many more times.
Hätönen told about his sister’s passing on Wednesday. My sister had been diagnosed with cancer a month ago.
Hätönen participated in the Dancing with the Stars competition this fall. At the beginning of September, she told Iltalehte that her sister’s illness overshadowed her dance training.
