All provinces opnieuw in code geel na doortocht storm Franklin: ‘Rukwinden van 80 tot 100 km/u’

In all Belgian provinces, the opnieuw code applies to the door after Storm Franklin. This is reported by KMI-weerman David Dehenauw on Twitter. Spoornetbeheerder Infrabel hoopt op een zo goed than normal ochtendspits, maar waarschwt irriigers wel voor possible contracts in here and there are some afgeschafte trein.
