According to the news in the Algerian press, Lokar, who was injured in a collision with his goalkeeper in the 26th minute of the fight, returned to the game after receiving treatment. In the 35th minute of the match, the Algerian football player lost consciousness and collapsed to the ground.

Lokar, 30, who was found to have had a heart attack, could not be saved despite the intervention of the paramedics on the field.
