Alba Berlin has continued its losing streak in the basketball EuroLeague.
The German champions lost to Red Star Belgrade on Tuesday in their own hall 84:88 (75:75, 40:37) after extra time, for the Bundesliga club it was the sixth defeat in a row. Before the negative run, Alba had won their first three games of the season.
The Berliners, who are still unbeaten in the Bundesliga after six appearances, were able to gain a nine-point lead after the break (52:43/26th minute), but the Serbs quickly caught up again.
The duel remained open, with the score of 75:75 Jaleen Smith missed the chance to win at the end of regular time, his three-point attempt went by.
