Aki Keskitalo won Diil – This is how the cooperation with Jaajo continued after the TV cameras turned off

Aki Keskitalo became the operational director of Jaajo Linnonmaa’s companies.

Jaajo to Linnonmaa’s pilotage DealThe third production season of the program has been completed. The program won Aki Keskitalowho was awarded for winning at his workplace as the operational manager of Linnonmaa’s companies.

Keskitalo tells Iltalehte that he is confused by the events of the past year and that soon the Finns will really know him as the operational manager.

– I just calculated that Deal-my journey started exactly one year ago, when I applied for the program. Now, in mid-June, all this ends and a new chapter in life begins, Keskitalo sums up its moods.

Aki Keskitalo says that he is currently a client of Tiina Räisänen’s (central) accounting office. – I made lifelong friends here, Keskitalo sums up. Four

Keskitalo admits that the pressure to succeed as a leader and in cooperation with Linnonmaa is great. He says that he is very critical of his own work and this was also visible in the program.

– That’s how I am in good times and bad, how I’ve looked on TV. I have to be satisfied with the fact that I have been able to be myself throughout the program. However, the program showed that if I didn’t get the best result, I was really disappointed, Keskitalo sums up.

– Often the disappointment was bigger in my own head than what the end result actually was, he adds.

Self-criticism is something Keskitalo still wants to develop with in his work and personal life.

Resignation

Deal was filmed last fall, after which Keskitalo started working as the manager of Solo Sokos Hotel Helsinki and Solo Sokos Hotel Torni at the beginning of November.

However, the duties of the hotel manager did not coincide with Keskitalo’s own dreams, and he resigned during a trial period at the end of April. He stresses to Iltalehti that his resignation was in no way related to the program or winning it.

– I can say with all my heart that this decision was made for completely personal reasons.

– It is often mistakenly thought that the probationary period in the job is somehow only the employer’s privilege. The trial period is specifically a time when both the employer and the creator can see if the whole is such that it is profitable for both in the long term.

Keskitalo says that he has looked through his life from a critical point of view at every job in terms of whether it makes sense. Two hotels would have required hundred percent presence and Keskitalo had to make several compromises in its life. It took three hours from the workday to go to work, because Keskitalo lives with his wife and three children in Hollola.

– I had to give up time together with my family and I couldn’t take care of my own mental and physical well-being, which is really important to me. I saw that this was the only right option, Keskitalo times.

In addition to this, Keskitalo wants to focus on his own business, which he has started recently.

Values meet

After resigning, it was time to talk with Linnonmaa about what they want from the position of operational manager. The two quickly realized that they have very similar ideas about the future.

At the beginning of May, Keskitalo started Linnonmaa’s bread. Although pesti is the overall operative leadership around all of Linnonmaa’s businesses, Keskitalo’s main areas of responsibility are, at least initially, the Extremerun event and the Bricco wine bar.

– We really have similar values in work and private life, which has made working easy. We are both really excited about what we can accomplish in the future!

Diili winner Aki has been in contact with Noora Fagerström and Toni Lähte even after the competition. They talk to Jaajo almost every day and work together. Four

On Tuesday, Keskitalo officially starts work with Linnonmaa. The morning starts at Korjaamo with a weekly meeting and the wheels start turning immediately.

Keskitalo reveals that in Linnonmaa and the adviser Toni at the Source there are also new business patterns coming, which they will talk about publicly later.

The previous pilots of Jaajo Linnonmaa Deal-The winners of the seasons, Sointu Borg and Clarissa Hedman, are no longer involved with Linnonmaa. Borg’s book also revealed several views of the winner about how the job promised as a result of winning the program went down the drain.

Keskitalo is not afraid that the job he got through the program would suffer the same fate as the winners of previous seasons.

– I don’t know the background of what happened there and those things don’t even belong to me. I don’t give any importance to them and I have a really strong belief that great things are happening here! Keskitalo describes.

Publicity confuses

With the win, Keskitalo will be in the limelight, which is new for him. He says that he hasn’t had time to think about publicity and the issues it brings, but things will probably move forward under their own weight.

– There are so many reality TV shows that I can’t even think if this will only be for the final night or if the publicity will continue even longer, Keskitalo reflects.

The trio Aki, Atte and Mikko, known as the “boy band of the Diili competition”, have also kept in touch after the competition. Four

The winner in no way applied to the program because he wanted publicity. For this reason, there are also slightly conflicting ideas about publicity.

However, Keskitalo is sure that his family will not be seen in public.

– The children still don’t know how the competition went. The six-year-old twins don’t really understand what’s going on here, the nine-year-old understands the situation somewhat. After the episode, we discuss the matter with the children and tell them what this might bring.

The program especially brought friends to Keskitalo. He is really grateful for this.

– Business life is about cooperation and I met a lot of great people in the program that I would never have met otherwise. It’s great to continue joint projects and discussions with them, Keskitalo concludes.
