Ajax took over Mannverk (23) in September 2023 from the Norwegian Molde FK. The youth international of Norway debuted for Ajax on September 17 of the same year in the away match against FC Twente (3-1). So far he played eighteen games in the first team. Mannverk still has a contract in Amsterdam until 2028.
“Sivert is a real professional and it is important that he is getting to play again,” says Technical Director Alex Kroes of Ajax. “This temporary switch to Sparta Prague is therefore a good outcome for all parties. We are going to follow his development closely.”
Mannverk gets former Feyenoord coach Brian Priske as a trainer in Prague.
