Van der Sar gives transfer South American during hour-long meeting a move in the right direction
AMSTERDAM – Lisandro Martinez (24) is another step closer to Manchester United. The English top club approached an agreement with Ajax in an hour-long meeting in Amsterdam on Wednesday about the transfer fee of the Argentine defender, who will come out with bonuses close to 55 million euros. This is reported by sources close to the negotiations. Ex-Mancunian and Ajax director Edwin van der Sar gave the transfer a move in the right direction.
