The plane that crashed near the Zwarte Meer on Tuesday morning has been found and emergency services are “busy rescuing the victims,” said a spokesman for the Flevoland Security Region. The condition of the two occupants is still unclear, the spokesman said. The waterways to and from the Zwarte Meer, the location where the plane crashed, are blocked.
