Airbus shares rise: Airbus lands major order from Taiwan

The aircraft manufacturer Airbus has received a major order from Taiwan.

EVA Air has ordered 18 A350-1000 long-haul aircraft and 15 A321neo medium-haul aircraft, the company announced on Tuesday in Toulouse. Financial details were not disclosed. The A321neo is the long version of the A320neo model family and has now been ordered more frequently than the standard version.

The Airbus share was temporarily trading 0.36 percent higher at 143.76 euros via XETRA.
