Air raid sirens are sounding in large parts of Ukraine tonight. According to mayor Vitali Klitschko, the air defense is active in Kiev. “Explosions in Kiev,” Klitschko writes on Telegram. According to him, there will be more clarity about what is going on later, but defense systems would have shot down air targets.
