You can’t hug a download
“It’s a nice physical product,” says Ron. “You can’t hug a download. A record is in a beautiful cover and when you put it on you will really listen to the music.”
The number of plates that appears on Record Store Day is getting bigger. “The expenditure of Taylor Swift is very popular, but that also means that we have to disappoint people,” says Ron, “but that’s how it works with Record Store Day.”
