After the end of his contract with Galatasaray: Feghouli moves to Pirlo-Klub Karagümrük

Second stop in Turkey

Sofiane Feghouli (32) found a new club after the end of his contract with Galatasaray in the summer. The 76-time Algerian international remains in Turkey and joins Fatih Karagümrük. As the first division club announced on Tuesday, Feghouli signed a one-and-a-half-year contract that will be valid from the upcoming transfer period. In Turkey, the switch window starts on January 12th and lasts until February 8th.

Feghouli has made 162 appearances for Galatasaray over the past five years, scoring 34 goals and providing 32 assists. In his career he only played more games for Valencia FC. At Karagümrük, Feghouli meets coach Andrea Pirlo, who scored 13 points from 13 games in the Süper Lig – 15th place is close to the relegation zone. Karagümrük is Feghouli’s sixth club in his career.
