After success in the Netherlands: C&A expands loyalty program

Clothing retailer C&A is rolling out its ‘C&A for you’ loyalty program in several countries in Europe after a successful pilot phase in the Netherlands.

The membership program, which gives customers access to exclusive offers, additional benefits, bonuses and discounts, as well as a wide range of fashion inspiration, is now also being rolled out in the countries of Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Poland and Spain. announced C&A on Tuesday. New customers also receive a one-time welcome bonus of ten percent as part of the program.

The decision to introduce “C&A for you” is part of the transformation of C&A with the aim of putting the customer at the center of all activities, according to the announcement. Prioritizing customer requests and gaining market insights are also criteria for the introduction.
