After seventeen defeats, Apollo finally wins thanks to an insane final phase

In the last game of the regular competition, Apollo Amsterdam registered its first victory of the season. In the North Holland derby against Den Helder Suns, the victory was achieved in extremis: 84-81.

Before the game, Apollo was scoreless at the bottom of the basketball premier league. The team from Amsterdam lost seventeen games in a row. In the third quarter, Apollo crept closer, resulting in an exciting final phase. Both teams were tied 81-81 with four seconds left on the clock.
