She was blown away by it for a while. Another setback, this time a fire, and just as the spring weather seemed to be improving. But Charlotte Damen from Pele Surf Shack beach bar in Hoek van Holland does not want to give up. Many thanks to the neighbors who came to the rescue on Friday evening, when the ‘Pel’ caught fire and she was not there herself.
