Aeroflot extended the cancellation of regular flights to the cities of Kazakhstan and suspended the sale of tickets to this country until January 20, informed press service of the airline.
“The sale of tickets for Aeroflot’s own flights to Kazakhstan and back, scheduled for January 20, 2022 (departures from the Russian Federation), until January 21, 2022 (departures from the Republic of Kazakhstan) has been temporarily suspended,” the air carrier said.

Aeroflot added that it is in constant interaction with the Federal Air Transport Agency and the Russian Foreign Ministry on the resumption of flights.
Earlier, Aeroflot canceled regular flights to Kazakhstan until January 8. Also, the suspension of ticket sales for its own flights to Kazakhstan and code-share flights with the largest Kazakh airline Air Astana was reported by S7 Airlines.
