Actor Elias Salonen, 28, is remembered Adults– series Arttuna. Salonen says Three turning points podcast, that the favorite series about the lives of young adults has changed his life both professionally and outside of work.

– At the moment, Aikuiset feels like such a stroke of luck that now I’ve been seen and I don’t really need to push or prove whether I’m a good actor or not, he says in podcasts.

Salonen plays the second main role in the series. The second main star of the adults is Oona, whose role character is starred Anna Airola. Salonen and Airola are in the same class at Teatterikorkeakoulu. Adult producer, Pietari Vappulathe actor has known since high school.

– I felt that my friend was behind the camera during the test shootings, that this was just some small series. I was so relaxed during the auditions, I improvised everything on the fly. There was no pressure to succeed because I thought that this is probably not such a big deal.

– When I read the scripts, I thought that this is a good joke, but no one is watching this. Let’s go have fun, Salonen recalls with a laugh the auditions.

Salonen says that thanks to the successful role, he has been able to refuse jobs that would certainly have brought him publicity. However, due to visibility, he has not wanted to act.

As adults, Salonen could hear anonymous comments about her appearance on social media.

– I was in pretty good shape in the first season. There was tremendous pressure before the second season, that you have to be in at least the same or even better condition. Those are the kinds of pressures I don’t want to take on shoots anymore. Mentally really hard if you had to do it all the time.

– Fortunately, I’ve gotten over that, that I don’t really care what others think about my appearance. A year ago, I made a promise to myself that I wasn’t going to diet for a role, unless it was absolutely necessary for the story. I do it for the story but to get approval from the gang, I will never do it again.
