Meets ex-club BVB in CL
With a market value of 12 million euros, Adnan Januzaj (27) is currently the third most valuable player without a club. This will change in the near future. As confirmed by FC Sevilla itself, the winger is already on site to undergo the medical check.
The former BVB professional will then sign with the Champions League participants for four years – and would soon meet his former employer. Seville’s first duel in the “premier class” with the Black and Yellows is scheduled for October 5th, for whom Januzaj played twelve times on loan in the first half of the 2015/16 season.

At the Andalusians, Januzaj, who is expected to compensate for the absence of Tecatito (29), will become their fifth signing this summer and the second player after Isco (30) to join on a free transfer. The club spent a total of 28 million euros on the services of FC Bayern’s Tanguy Nianzou (20) and Galatasaray’s Marcão (26). Sevilla FC will be the second stop in LaLiga for the 15-time Belgium international after playing for Real Sociedad San Sebastián for the past five years. There, Januzaj’s contract was not renewed after a total of 168 games and 44 goals. The left foot switched from Manchester United to La Real in 2017 for €8.5m.
