Adidas Originals Forum Low by Wood Wood

To celebrate Wood Wood’s 20th anniversary, Danish streetwear label and sporting goods manufacturer Adidas has revitalized a classic, the 1984 Adidas Originals Forum Low, originally designed as a basketball sneaker.

The new Adidas Originals Forum Low by Wood Wood has been reworked and made tennis court ready by Wood Wood co-founder Brian SS Jensen.

If the three colors in which the new shoe is available – electric blue, mustard yellow and burnt orange – are reminiscent of the 80s, then this is intentional, as they represent a “homage to the debut of the sneaker”, according to the two Brands.

Jensen also removed the Velcro and opted for a simple lace-up closure. The model also features a contrasting rubber sole, retains the signature soft leather upper, as well as a perforated mesh toe box and tongue, with a suede three-stripe detail on the sides.
