In the immediate vicinity of the listed Metropol, “No6” is growing with space for around 500 jobs. Because of its location alone, it should be a role model, as co-partner Clemens Stahr (39) emphasizes. For example a noble shell limestone facade.

The eco-factor: 100 meter deep geothermal lances provide cooling and heating with geothermal energy. The floor-to-ceiling windows in wooden frames have a bronze cover made of recycled copper, photovoltaics are obvious anyway.

The investment? Around 50 to 60 million euros including the purchase of land.
