Acquittal in ten-year-old murder case will bring investigator to court next week: testimony during trial now leads to charges of perjury

One of the investigators involved in the investigation into a murder case in Temse from 2009 will have to answer to the Dendermond court for perjury and forgery. The case will be heard next week. In the murder case in question, all those involved were acquitted in 2020 because the investigator had put unauthorized pressure on the so-called key witness in the case, a mentally retarded boy.
