The incident happened around 11.30 am on a yard in the Bruggestraat. What exactly went wrong is not yet known, but there were already concrete works. Four workers had to be liberated. Two were seriously injured, two slightly injured. While offering help, a firefighter was also slightly injured.
The Bruggestraat was closed to all traffic for a while, but has been released again since 1.30 pm.
