The A58 towards Breda will be closed on Thursday evening just before Roosendaal due to an emergency repair of a guide rail after an accident last night. Rijkswaterstaat expects the repairs to take until one o’clock at night.
Until the road can be cleared, motorists will be diverted via the De Stok junction. The damage to the guide rail was caused by a truck that overturned for unknown reasons around a quarter past three on Wednesday night.
On Thursday morning, Rijkswaterstaat also carried out work on the guide rail, but this was not yet completely completed.
