The A16 near Breda-Noord is expected to be closed all morning after a truck with trailer overturned early Monday morning. The road is closed in the direction of Antwerp/Breda. Immediately after the accident, traffic from Rotterdam to Breda near Breda-Noord was diverted over the hard shoulder. A diversion was set up shortly afterwards.
If you want to go to Antwerp/Breda, it is best to take a detour from the Zonzeel junction via the A59, A27 and A58.
The A16 near Breda-Noord is expected to be free again around noon, Rijkswaterstaat indicated around half past six on Monday morning. Around that time, the recovery of the truck started.
The accident happened around a quarter to six.
