Coco Gauff lost unexpectedly For Elina Svitolina 0–2 in the quarterfinals of the Australian Open.
Falling out of the tournament was a tough spot for the Yankee star. After the match, he vented his disappointment in the arena by banging his racket on the ground.
The third in the world ranking commented on his behavior afterwards on Instagram. Gauff assured that he would learn from the situation, but the tennis star also wanted to open up a little about what kind of person he is.
– I am a genuine person with genuine feelings. I care a lot and try to do my best. Thanks to those who understand this, Gauff wrote.
Svitolina’s tournament ended on Thursday in the semifinals when she lost For Aryna Sabalenka 0–2.
