According to MTV’s information, actor Aku Hirviniemi helped the police catch a man who tried to buy a valuable watch with money obtained by fraud, MTV write.
Hirviniemi himself was working in his watch shop when a man entered who had previously managed to buy a watch from the shop with money obtained by crime. In that case, the man was not arrested.
Hirviniemi recognized the man, and detained him in the shop until the police arrived. Hirviniemi offered the customer a drink to get him to stay after the watch shops, MTV says.

According to MTV, the police operation in Helsinki’s Punavuori was attention-grabbing. Two plainclothes policemen and uniformed troops arrived to arrest the man.
The man was caught and taken to the police station.
Hirviniemi, who is known as a watch enthusiast, started the study of precious and jewelry stones, i.e. gemmology, last year. He founded his watch company in the same year.
