A lightning strike has interrupted rail service in the R4 line de Rodalies between L’Hospitalet and Martorell. According to Civil Protection, the Ferrocat plan for emergencies in passenger transport by rail has been activated in the pre-alert phase.

Also, the service of R8 line between Rubí and Cerdanyola has also been altered for the same reason. A lightning strike has caused a loss of tension in the catenary that makes it impossible for the trains to pass.
