A court has estimated the precautionary measure requested by 13 militants who sued the party for violation of fundamental rights

The Court of First Instance number 5 of Salamanca has ordered that the Popular Party of this province convene and hold its congress, which accumulates almost two years of delay, in a maximum period of 45 daysas reported on Tuesday by the Superior Court of Justice of Castilla y León.

The Court has upheld the precautionary measure requested by 13 Popular Party militants who sued the party for violation of fundamental rights by not convening this pending congress.

The judge orders the Popular Party to, “immediately” convene and celebrate within 45 days the provincial party congresshe in Salamanca.

LThe resolution is not firm and can be appealed on appeal.
