In the evening there are parties, drinks and company outings, during the day the locations of Mooi Boules turn into a kind of community centers. This is also the case in Rotterdam’s Agniesebuurt, where a Jeu de Boules Foodbar opened six years ago in the former Food Hall. “Because nothing actually happened during the day, we wanted to open the spaces to the neighborhood. The rent has already been paid,” says founder Jesse van der Meulen.
