The Investigating Court number 4 of Mataró (Barcelona) has summoned the ex-councillor of Joventut de Vilassar de Mar (Maresme) Montse Gual to testify in December for the gymkhana for young people between 12 and 30 years old with content related to sexuality in one of your tests. Gual is credited with the alleged authorship of exhibitionism offenses and disclosure and discovery of secrets in electronic support of minors. The councilor voluntarily resigned from her position due to the “controversy generated”, although she stressed that she was unaware of the specific activities. The court has summoned the mayor of the town to testify as witnesses, Damia del Clot (ERC)and the Joventut coach Esteve Torrent.
The gymkhana, held in July 2022, included, among other tests, placing a condom with the mouth on a banana or a stick, smearing it with honey and cream and licking it; staging Kamasutra positions, and simulating sexual positions.
In addition, minors between the ages of 12 and 14 were photographed during the activity, and the images were distributed to the media without pixelation.
