TF International Securities brand analyst Ming-Chi Kuo says that Apple will launch a new version of the foldable iPad in 2024. This analyst is, along with Mark Gurman, one of the main providers of reliable information on Apple launches.
According to Kuo, the device will have a completely new design and will use a carbon fiber material for its hinge, making it lightweight and durable. Kuo is an expert in the assembly line of Apple products, for this reason, he assures that the Polish brand with ties to China Anjie Technology will be in charge of allowing the foldable iPad to have a very high-quality hinge and to see the light.
At the same time, it does not want to play with the dates and considers that the folding iPad will arrive in 2024, while in 2023 we will not see any more versions of the iPad at the moment. Furthermore, he has suggested that Apple would be collaborating with LG to create ultra-thin glass for its folding screens. A piece of news that would make it distance itself from Samsung, one of its main panel suppliers.
