Before the store opens, we meet briefly as a team. We look at the day together, distribute tasks and coordinate. Every now and then there is a laugh, someone shares an idea, someone else brings a coffee. So we are directly connected and ready to go.

We now know many of our customers personally – some come in for an espresso or a chat before they even think about shopping. “What do you love about advising our customers?”
“We don’t just advise products – we advise stories. Whether it’s a gift, a job interview or a special occasion: our customers share a lot with us, and we get to accompany them a little bit. It’s particularly nice when we surprise someone with a piece that they would never have chosen themselves – and then stand beaming in front of the mirror. No big brand logos, but the high quality and timelessness of our materials make our products and the advice authentic. You stand behind what you recommend with real conviction, and our customers sense that.”
“What characteristics help new colleagues be successful with you?”
“Openness, open-mindedness and a genuine interest in people. You don’t have to be a fashion professional – that comes with time. The important thing is to be able to listen, stay curious and not be afraid to ask questions. Joining an existing team is never easy, but anyone who has empathy, reliability and a positive charisma will quickly find a connection with us. We support each other and we grow together.”
Why does it feel like being part of a small family? Quite simply: because we take time for each other. For us, every voice counts – whether it’s a store manager or a fashion consultant. Decisions are made collectively, opinions are heard, and every perspective has weight. New colleagues are not simply “trained”. They are accompanied, seen and strengthened step by step until they feel confident and have found their own style.
