She lives in that municipality and was returning home after attending a play in Barcelona. “I overtook a van that was driving in the right lane and then, since there was no trafficI was tired and I felt safer, I stayed in the middle lane,” she explained in statements to EL PERIÓDICO.

Noemí affirms that the policeman said: “Yes, we have little work but we also have an order to stop everyone who circulates in the center lane.”
The woman took the ticket, printed at 11:52 p.m. and for an amount of 200 euros, and rejoined the highway. Right away, she came across a car driving in the right lane. She overtook him. And after doing so, again, she was intercepted by the same Trànsit de los Mossos vehicle, which forced her to stop on the platform.

“The agent who was co-pilot got out of the police car. crazed. Screaming. He opened my door and asked me if I wanted to kill them,” recalls Noemí, who still does not understand what happened, and suspects that the comment she made after the first sanction about the “little work” they had did not sit well with the agents. “I was So angry. I freaked out. She asked me for my license, and closed the door, I think she kicked it,” she adds. Afterward, she returned to the car. “I stayed waiting in my car.”
During those minutes, which presumably the agents spent checking their data, Noemí became more and more nervous. “I started to signal them from my car, but they didn’t answer me. Since I didn’t dare to get out, I was scared, I started the car and got up to their height, next to their vehicle. I indicated with gestures that I was going to leave. Neither did they answered me. I sped up a bit and then they jump-started their vehicle and cut me off in front of me.”
According to Noemí, the two agents came down enraged. screaming that she was “crazy” and what was going “drink” either “drugged”. “I was ordered turn off the engine and lights and they did a breathalyzer test on me: the result was zero, zero,” he explains. The police officers handed him two more fines, and told him he could leave. One sanction was for negligent driving and the other, for disobey orders of law enforcement officers in traffic regulation service. Both were printed at 00.01 hours and to the 00.05 hours. 200 euros each one and the second, in addition, implied the withdrawal of four from the card.

After that incident, and before resuming circulation, Noemí told them: “That’s enough for you, you are abusing”. She started the car and “very nervous” returned to the road. A few minutes later, the blue lights of the police car came back on. And the same agents ordered her to stop on the shoulder, again. They told her that she was driving then with the taillights off. They printed a fourth fineof 200 eurosat 00.11 hours.
Naomi told them they were right, but argued that she hadn’t turned on her taillights because she was nervous. The agents, always according to the woman, added that she would soon receive a fifth fine for joining the highway without the blinker. Naomi warned them that she would not remain “silent” and that she would let the person responsible for her know how they had treated her. The agents, says Noemí, replied that they had looked for her name in Google and that they knew she was a businesswoman “with bad reviews”.
“I took the first exit I could off the highway because I’m sure they would have stopped me again. That night I couldn’t sleep and I’m still very nervous. it was violent. Now I dare not take the car.
