On the corner of the Parklaan and the Grote Peperstraat in Sint-Niklaas, a heavy case of traffic aggression would have occurred on Saturday afternoon. A man who drove around in bare torso, with his car the facade of an apartment building popped inside. The public prosecutor conducts an investigation into the case.
