Just like in Finland, Sweden also has detailed regulations regarding social media advertising.

Occasionally, public figures, some influencers, receive comments from the Ethics Council of Advertising on publications that have something wrong.

Now Princess Madeleine has also made a questionable Instagram publication.

Jurist Karin Crafoord says to Sweden TV4 that Madeleine might have broken the law in a recent Instagram publication.

Madeleine said earlier this week on Instagram that she was launching her own cosmetics series Minlen, along with Beauty Giant Weleda.

– I can’t wait to tell you more about this soon, Madeleine glowed on Instagram.

In connection with his publication, Madeleine did not mean a publication as an ad, as should be made. According to TV4, there have been two notifications to the Swedish advertiser, as well as the country’s consumer agency.

Crafoord says that in the case of a cooperation that launches products, it is considered marketing. Crafoord also points out that Madeleine has many followers.

Complaints are still ongoing.
