The mayor is also enthusiastic about an Ostend spinoff from the Military Museum in Brussels. He immediately sees more options and according to him the town hall is extremely suitable as a location. “How big we see that and with which partners we will work with, we should look at in the coming weeks. We would not only limit the museum to Marine, but also merchant navy, fishing and transport of people at sea,” says Mayor John Crombez.
