Hasan Salihamidžić has not done a new job since 2023. Now the former Bavarian sports director has found a challenge.
Hasan Salihamidžić returns to the spotlight of sport – albeit on unusual terrain. FC Bayern’s former sports director takes on a role in the Kleinfeld League Kings League, which has now announced her start in Germany. On Instagram, “Brazzo” wrote to a video: “On to Paris.”
The league, launched by the former Barça professional Gerard Piqué in 2022, brings professionals, amateurs and influencers together on the pitch. Salihamidžić will be one of the participants of the new format, which will be played in Germany for the first time on April 12th.
Other prominent names are also part of the project. Bastian Schweinsteiger will appear as President of the Kings League Germany. In addition, Mario Götze from Eintracht Frankfurt will play as a player. The field of participants is supplemented by numerous social media stars.
Hasan Salihamidžić was sports director at the German record champions from 2020 to 2023 and previously sports director in the club (2017 to 2020), as well as a club representative (2017).
