The new season of “Babylon Berlin” has been shot since autumn 2024. But one of the main actresses, Liv Lisa Fries, has not been there since then – the actress, who embodies Charlotte Ritter series, was said to be in front of the camera for health reasons.

Degeto Film GmbH, the ARD production company, said by a spokesman: “We can confirm that Liv Lisa Fries is currently being filmed when filming the 5th season of ‘Babylon Berlin’. The current rotary block continues to run in Hamburg and NRW until the end of April.”
