Constitutional Court rejects the deposition of South Korean Prime Minister Han Duck-Soo

The Constitutional Court of South Korea today rejected the decision to deposit Prime Minister Han Duck-Sooo with five against one votes. The South Korean news agency Yonhap reports this. Han thus becomes acting president again. In that position he had been replaced by Minister of Finance Choi Sang-Mok.
