Eurojackpot bombardes us with advertisements for grand prize of 120 million euros, but they mainly win in this country

The Dutch record once won in a lottery – more than 38 million net on 10 May 2013 in the Staatsloterij – is a pittance compared to the main prize that Eurojackpot is currently present: 120 million euros gross. Since the European lottery came to the Netherlands, Sunday thirteen years ago, many have made an attempt to rake in the enormous mountain of money. However, thirteen appears to be a lucky number outside our national borders.
