Belgian wine production almost two thirds smaller in 2024 due to bad weather conditions

Belgian wine production decreased by 64 percent last year. The production dropped to around 1,226 million liters of wine last year. That is the lowest figure since 2017. One in five winemakers even lost almost the entire harvest due to the bad weather conditions. This is according to figures from the FPS Economy.
