You can now authenticate to Kela’s telephone service via Omakela, Kela reports.
Identification speeds up the business when a Kela expert sees the call immediately when answering customer information.
You can authenticate to the telephone service when you order a disposable code. If the customer is logged in on a smartphone, you can call the Kela service number directly from the number links in Omella, so you do not need to enter the code separately. The customer can also call the Kela service number and enter the code from Omella according to the instructions they receive in the call.
You can continue to call the telephone service without authentication.
It is now also possible to submit a call request through Omakela. Through Omakela, you can submit a call request on the same or next weekday in Finnish, Swedish or English.
According to Kela, the expert calls back half an hour after the time of the selected. In the past, a telephone time could be booked from a separate appointment system.
