The eighteenth day of the war between Russia and Ukraine was marked by the morning rocket attack on a Ukrainian military base in Yavoriv, near the Polish border. There were dozens of dead and wounded, the Russians spoke of an attack on “mercenaries”. Things look more peaceful at the negotiating table on Sunday. A meeting between the presidents of both countries is now negotiable.
