Federal police officers carried out a large raid in connection with football violence in Berlin, Brandenburg, North Rhine-Westphalia and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania on Tuesday morning. According to RBB information, around 440 civil servants were used in the searches of apartments of 31 suspects.

The searches took place in the Berlin district of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, in the Brandenburg district of Oberhavel, in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in Schwerin, Rostock, Greifswald, Anklam and Parchim, as well as in North Rhine-Westphalia in Essen, Oberhausen, Bochum and Velbert.
