Once again, a German can look forward to precious metal at the World Cup: the combined Vinzenz Geiger fetches bronze.

On Friday, Vinzenz Geiger cheered over gold after his sensational final run in the team competition at the World Cup in Trondheim in Norway. Just a day later, the German celebrated the next success: In a gripping final, the ski star secured bronze in the individual competition on the large hill.

Gold brought Norway’s star Jarl Magnus Riiber. His teammate Jørgen Graabak won silver. Geiger was able to secure a podium again and referred the disappointed Norwegian Jens Lurås AUSTEBRO to fourth place.

For Vinzenz Geiger it is the fourth medal at this World Cup. Previously, he won silver in the mixed team and already bronze in the first single and gold with the team.
