Segundo Castillo is considered a coach with a special fashion taste. In the Copa Libertadores he sets a special exclamation mark.
With his special style of clothing, coach Segundo Castillo from the Ecuadorian Club Barcelona SC keeps paying attention. In the third qualification round of the Copa Libertadores, however, he sets a fashionable accent that attracted attention far beyond the borders of the South American country.
While his team won 3-0 (1-0) against Corinthians from Brazil, the 42-year-old was on the sidelines in white tuxedo. This was hotly debated on social media and even picked up on X by the British BBC.
Castillo, former Ecuadorian international, is known in South America for his elegant outfits. On the square there were Janner Corozo with two goals (45.+2, penalty/84th) and Octavio Rivero (80th), who secured success in the first leg. The second leg is scheduled for March 13 (CET) – not only the sporting decision is expected with tension, but also in which Outfit Castillo will then occur.
