South Korean President Yoon Suk-Yeol was ‘betrayed’ by his own party leader and right hand

Han Dong-Hoon was once leader of President Suk-Yeol’s own People Power Party (PPP), and a loyal ally of the president. At least, until the latter announced the military emergency state and Dong-Hoon then ‘betrayed’ him. The politician eventually played a crucial role in the deposition of his president.
