Clas Ohlson pulls the EU plug that comes with a backup power supply and urges its customers to stop using it immediately.

The EU plug supplied with a backup power supply 39-3522 may break from a light external stroke, the release states.

The plug should be destroyed or returned to any Clas Ohlson store.

For the delivery of a new EU plug, Clas Ohlson asks its customers to announce its postal address directly at the store or by contacting the customer service at customer [email protected].

No new plugs are available in stores.

– Clas Ohlson has not been aware of the customer injury due to this fault, but for the safety of our customers and to avoid risks, we will withdraw these products, the release states.
