Johannes Klæbo shocked Pollea’s comment to his Swedish competitors after winning the traditional ten race of the World Cup.
Edvin Anger was fourth in Swedish. William Poroma was sixth.
– The reindeer was close to at least 5.9 kilometers. It’s the beginning, Klæbo acknowledged.
The Norwegian described the Anger competition “surprisingly good”.
Klæbo and Poroma met in a cool place even after the race. Klæbo approached the Swedish, but he did not quote the winner, looked away, and said nothing.

Klæbo and Poromaa Word War began even before Tuesday’s race, when Poroma belittled the traditional pace of Norwegian Skiathlon. He said he would have stayed with “While drunk”.
The traditional ten did not happen. The Swedish lost to the world champion by 15 seconds.
– I hope we see the Swedes higher on the scoreboard. We all want them to be there, Klæbo said.
He also hoped that Iivo Niskanen would meet in the spring.
– I wanted Iivo to be here. I hope he gets in order to get good duels for the rest of the season. It is impossible to say how he would have gone to these races.
